NODA Solutions Featured at Call Center World 2019 in Berlin

For the second year running, NODA contact center management products featured at the Contact Center Week, traditionally held in Berlin.

CCW2019 comprised 4 days of professional discussions and a large-scale tech exposition featuring customer experience solutions. This year, over 270 companies took part in the expo which attracted some 8,200 visitors from across the EU.

At CCW2019, NODA solutions were displayed by the company's German partner, SoftBCom Berlin GmbH. In late 2018, SoftBCom successfully implemented Noda Contact Center at VersOffice, a German secretarial service provider. VersOffice is the largest outsource partner of German insurers, catering for some 200 insurance companies

SoftBCom showcased Noda Contact Center communication platform and its capabilities (including an integrated solution with a built-in video channel for rapid insured events registration), and also the Noda WFM solution. Visitors could view NODA technologies in a ‘Live Demo’ format, watching real-time demonstrations of the system's operating model. Besides, they were offered German-language print promotional materials about NODA products, e.g. a booklet describing Noda Erudite, a solution which helps to create voice and text bots and manage the full cycle of robotic services without any assistance from IT experts or linguists.
