NODA in the Shortlist of ContactCenterWorld Awards

NODA has made it to the finals of the prominent ContactCenterWorld Top Ranking Performers Awards contest. Two projects based on Noda technologies were submitted for competition: NODA’s contact center automation project for OTP Bank and Noda voice bots created for Russian Post Customer Support Center.

Both NODA projects have been nominated in two categories:

  • Best Technology Innovation Award Vendor - Self-service Solution
  • Best Technology Innovation Award Vendor - Live Agent Support Solution
Noda technologies employed in the contact center modernization project at OTP Bank make it possible to create voice and text bots, process both phone calls and chat, social media and text messages in a single agent interface, and use automated quality management functionality to predict workload and organize schedules. In March 2019, Noda Project for OTP Bank won the annual Crystal Headset®/ CCG Call Center Award in the Best Digital Modernization Program nomination.

Noda Erudite platform and its voice bots have enabled the Russian Post Customer Support Center to completely relieve 30 agents of routine operations: every month, robots classify and route over 500,000 phone calls and handle about 100,000 postal item status queries. In January 2019, NODA's Russian Post project was named Project of the Year in the Artificial Intelligence category by Global CIO.

The ContactCenterWorld Jury comprises over 50 leading world contact center and customer experience experts who evaluate projects on the basis of their innovative value, as well as their impact on customer experience and the company’s operational efficiency. The winners of regional contests for Europe, Middle East and Africa will be announced on June 24-27 2019 in Vienna, where 35 awards in various nominations will be presented. The results of the Global Contest will be announced on December 2-6 at the World ContactCenterWorld Conference in Barcelona.

ContactCenterWorld.com is organized by the Global Association for Contact Center & Customer Engagement Best Practices. The Assosiation was set up in 1999 and comprises over 200,000 members from 200 countries. The 2019 contest is the 14th in history, and NODA a first-time participant. Another finalist is the contact center team of Allsoft Ecommerce, who have been using a solution developed with NODA technologies for over 10 years.
